Ant, this is not quite accurate, sorry to be a pain and point it out but only 21 teams in total have paid their entry fee.

They're all listed on the two confirmed paid posts in the Premiership and Championship forums.

This is the list that I've cut and pasted to make it easier!

Ross Noades LC
Mike Gallagher LC - Put in by me so owes me money!!!
Peter Rock LC 08.08.07
Juppy LC 08.08.07
Simon Harris LC 08.08.07
Burls LC 13.08.07
Neill Warden LC (DaveC 14.08.07)
Billy Crowe LC (DaveC 14.08.07)
Simon Bingham LC (DaveC 14.08.07)
Mitul LC (Me - 15.08.07 & still owed £1 from last year!!!)
Shaf LC (Me - 24.08.07)
Ryan Noades LC
Rocky LC 08.08.07
Brian Gregory LC 13.08.07 (From Burls)
Lewis Jupp LC 14.08.07 (From Ant)
Lee Hewlitt LC (DaveC 14.08.07)
David Courtney LC (DaveC 14.08.07)
Richard (lisa's rich) LC (DaveC 14.08.07)
Anthony Orchard LC (DaveC 14.08.07)
Warwick Hall LC (DaveC 14.08.07)
Ron Allingham LC (DaveC 14.08.07)

Ok. According to your details Ross, the 6 outstanding teams who haven't paid for the FA Cup are:

Adam (telephone entry)
Adams Dad (telephone entry)
Lewis Barclay
Jamie
Bamz
Taj

Are we all in agreement that they are not in the FA Cup this season? Or do we give them the last chance to pay this week? If its only 21 teams then i need to change the Cup layout (which is easy enough).

Taj has paid. Didn't show up on my account but turns out he paid on 17th Sept.

Leave them out for sure, we've already reached the first transfer window so it's way overdue now.

Ok so thats 22 teams in this seasons FA Cup, thats your list Ross + Taj.

So the next question inow s, how on earth shall we do the Cup layout!?!?

Normally it goes 32, 16, 8 , 4, 2. But with 22 teams it makes it slightly more complex.

We need to get 22 teams down to 16, in a fair way. If we did 11 matches, we get 11 winning teams. But then we need to get 5 more from the losing 11 teams.

I reckon we either do something like the 5 highest losing teams go through. Or, we do the draw with all 27 teams (like set out in my original post) and if your drawen against a team that hasnt paid, you get a bye into Round two.

Any suggestions?

The 5 losers with the most points go through. Are you including last years winner? He should still be drawn but gets a bye no matter what if that makes the round number?

So if lastyear's winner loses his draw, then him plus 4 losers wih the most points from that round go through. If he wins then the five best losers go through. I'm only saying that cos I agreed with your thought that last year's winner should get a bye.

Makes sense?

Don't draw the non payers is my opinion.

First Rouns is on the 27th/28th Oct. So we have to do the draw asap!

Sorted.....

Ross, before you ask. I got over ruled in the pub, and Adam and his Dad were aloud in the Draw for Round 1. Adam paid Dave.

The ROUND 1 Draw has been posted above.
