Name the only team, in the English Football League, allowed to have their club emblem on each of the corner flags during a home fixture

I think that it has something to do with the FA cup or a cup of some sort.
If you win the FA Cup your corner flags become triangular therefore this leads me to think that it must be the result of winning an English cup a 'certain number of times????'
My guess is Liverpool?? |

Good.....good......this team was the first to win the FA Cup 3 times and not keep the cup as a prize...instead they were allowed to have their emblem on the corner flags

No, they're the "year ending in '1' team", (which i think was broken in 2001), (and only started in 1971), (i think).
